POINTS TO REMEMBER IN DRESS SENSE, STYLE AND FASHION!!!

Clothes are a powerful and silent language that reveals your true self and level of confidence and esteem.
Don’t diminish your personal signature of greatness, set the standard of excellence.
Dress up, stand up and stand out.
 Please note the following:
·         Age, shape colour, profession and sometimes religion are the determent factors when choosing clothes and colours.
·         Clothes should cover 90% of your body. YES 90%!!!
·         Dress t suit the occasion, purpose and environment
·         The world dictates the fashion trend, but create your own fashion sense
·         Style is your personal signature, a reflection of who you are
·         Ladies please remember the 5 B’s:
·         Please no Bra or Bra straps showing (not cute! I don’t care if it’s the same shade as your top.lol)
·         No bust line or un-necessary cleavage showing (Believe me it’s not on at all)
·         No Bottom or bottom crack line showing (Euwwwww!)
·         No Bubbling (bulging tummy spilling out and over)
·         No Belly showing (NOT NOW,NOT EVER!)

 1.    A PLUMP SHORT PERSON: Bright bold patterns are a no-no for you. Also don’t wear stuff       that have got horizontal stripes.(makes you appear wide)
2.    A SLIM SHORT PERSON (PETITE): clothes shouldn’t be fussy and elaborate cause they’ll drown.
3.     A SLIM TALL PERSON: You can get away perfectly with horizontal or vertical patterned clothes as well as bright and bold coloured patterns.
4.    A TALL PLUMP PERSON: Because you are large and big framed, you must choose clothes that are subtle in colours. Stay away from frills and trimmings.(you’ll end up looking like a clown)
5.    UNDERWEAR: (Women) your pant outline should never be seen through your clothing. (Men) please keep your boxers out of sight.

Okay, this is all I have for now. More tips coming soon.!!!

What Does Valentine’s Day have to do with Weight-Loss?

What Does Valentine’s Day have to do with Weight-Loss?

Ok. So I am directing this to my fellow ladies! Don’t wait until you are 100, 50, 25 or even 5 pounds lighter.
Realize that who you are inside is what counts, not the number on the scale. That number is not a reflection of who you are, but rather of how you treat yourself.  (Word!)
So for Valentine’s Day, instead of looking for love from others, this year do something different – decide to love yourself and give something wonderful to YOU, that’s right to YOU.  Don’t wait for someone else.  Love you and all that you are, AS IS.

You see my dears, when you love yourself you treat yourself better.  And when you treat yourself better, you’re much more inclined and motivated to do those things that make you happier, healthier, and yes thinner. (wink!)

So take a step back and realize just how wonderful you are.  Sit, take a moment and even write down things that you love about yourself.  Glow in it, and see that you ARE a special person, a person that deserves love from you.

You see to be quite honest with you, I was in your shoes.  For years I kept waiting until the day I would be thinner, have a flatter stomach, ate more “good” foods, look thinner in my clothes, and be the right size. I kept waiting for those outside things to make me feel better, but then one day I realized, “Hey, I AM a great person!  I have lots to give to the world, and why am I waiting to start fully living and enjoying life?”  A light-bulb literally went off in my head.
So I started to love myself more and treat myself better.  And you know what happened?  I started to eat better, get more exercise, and look at food as my friend instead of the enemy.  I realized that eating better foods and taking better care of me was an expression of loving myself.
Then, and only then, was I on the road to a happier and more fulfilling life.  And you know what?  I started to lose weight.  And have more energy, and have more vitality for LIFE.
Then I learned how to have some chocolate and not let it overtake me. I ate a little and was completely satisfied.  I didn’t need more to feel good, I actually needed – and ate – LESS!
This started my journey to a life where I can now eat what I want when I want, and know how to make the best choices in food that feed ME, and not my soul.

So this Valentine’s Day decide to love YOU for who you are right now. Don’t wait until you’re thinner, sexier, or fit better into your jeans or that perfect black dress. Love yourself now, I mean really love yourself.  Your soul, your mind, and your jeans and or pretty black dress will start to love you back!

I am sure you’re ready to make this work right? See you at the top then.

Thanks for your help Oyaks! wink!
